Flooring Inspections By Certified Experts

Our services are available to Manufacturers, Distributors, Retailers, Installers, and Consumers. We are happy to provide a “second opinion” to any party disagreeing with an inspection report of any other party. “Third opinions” are not uncommon either!

Homeowners/consumers, especially, should consider independent representation in any dispute. The inspector contacted by the manufacturer or dealer sends their findings and conclusions to the company that hired them without discussing them with the complaining party. Another inspector might find and conclude the same thing, but at least there will be a higher confidence that the conclusion reached was, in fact, the right one. Plus, an inspector hired by the homeowner/consumer can recommend corrective measures if it turns out that it is not a warranty- or installation-related issue.

Initial Consultations Are Free

  • All of our interactions with clients and potential clients are confidential. Our processes are transparent, with explanations at every step.
  • We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your concerns, assess your photos and any supporting documents, and determine if we can assist you.
  • If we think our services may not benefit you, we will not leave you in the dark. We will suggest alternative options.
  • If we can help, we will guide you through the next steps, typically involving researching the product(s) involved, inspecting your flooring issues, and providing you with a detailed report with digital photos and any other supporting document(s) needed. We charge a fee for the inspection and the report of our findings, which is quoted at this step.
  • NOTE: Our reports are thoroughly documented with photos, measurements, and clear, concise tie-ins between the problem(s) and the cause(s). NONETHELESS, sometimes legal action must be taken to force the responsible party to fix the problem(s). Fortunately, our reports (and testimony, if needed) are essential to have the verdict rendered in our client’s favor.
  • If the parties involved are unable (or unwilling) to resolve your problems at that point, and you involve an attorney, our initial consultation with them is also gratis.
  • Subsequent time we spend consulting with your attorney, conducting additional research, providing litigation and deposition support, giving court testimony, etc., is billable. Those fees are quoted in advance.
